Sepei’s sales teams are all factory trained and offer individualized and direct relationships with our customers. Frequent on-site visits encourage personalized service. A thorough knowledge of all products allows for productive Q&A sessions with potential customers, answering all their concerns and defining their needs.
Our service engineers are factory trained and are assigned to certain products, thus allowing for expert knowledge. At least two service engineers are trained in any one device sold by Sepei. We will not sell a product unless we have trained highly qualified engineers on staff ready to provide service. Trained technicians and fitters install products & systems under the supervision of factory trained engineers. All work is carefully scheduled and is completed on time, adhering to the highest standards and maintaining punctuality. Customers are also professionally trained to use the newly installed systems.
Sepei offers annual service contracts that can include a range of services from simple preventative maintenance to complete round the clock operation, maintenance & repair. They can include the provision of spare parts, scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service at any location in Egypt. Modern well equipped workshops enable our engineers to repair and calibrate all types of instrumentation in a professional and timely manner. |
